Following the partial lifting of the lockdown by the Government, soil improver is available again for collection by residents.

Residents can 'dig your own' soil improver at the Waterbeach Waste Management Park site, as well as the March and Alconbury transfer station sites.

The soil improver is manufactured from food and garden waste collected from Cambridgeshire households. The material is suitable for digging in or mixing with garden soil as a source of essential nutrients for plants. Please note that it is not a potting compost.

Did you know... more than 650 tonnes was taken by local residents in the last 12 months!
